Guardian Advocate Services, LLC (GAS), provides guardian (of person) services to older, disabled, and/or incapacitated persons across the Wasatch Front and surrounding areas. We advocate and protect those who are most vulnerable, and oftentimes, when their need is the greatest. In addition to guardianship services, GAS provides an array of healthcare services including assessments, care planning, and care management. When needed, we also act in the capacity of a healthcare power of attorney.

Guardian Advocate Services is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) (established in June, 2013) and a sister-company to Stagg Fiduciary Services (SFS), LLC, a company which provides trustee and conservatorship services along with other financial services to a similar adult population. Both firms are wholly owned entities of a larger firm, Karren Hendrix, Stagg, Allen & Company (KHSA), a local certified public accounting firm which has provided financial planning, business development, healthcare consulting, audit and tax services to the general public and governmental agencies for over four decades.
